Third Party Fundraiser Guidelines

• Animal appearances are limited and reviewed case by case
• Offsite adoptions are not available; all adoptions must take place at the shelter
• Event organizers are responsible for planning, costs, promotion, and execution
• All promotional materials must be approved by VBSPCA
• VBSPCA is not financially or logistically responsible for third party events
• We may share your Facebook event but cannot co-host

• Clearly state the percentage of proceeds donated
• Donations can be monetary or in-kind (see our Wish List)
• We are unable to pick up donated items
