Court Ordered Community Service
We accept court-ordered community service volunteers on a limited basis. Please apply early to ensure you can complete your required hours on time.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must submit a new application for each offense
- Must provide proof of court-ordered hours (court documents, lawyer letter, or ticket)
- Same process applies if completing hours before a court hearing
Important Restrictions
We cannot accept individuals with offenses involving:
- Felonies
- Theft, larceny, or fraud
- Violence or sexual misconduct
- Narcotics or drug activity (beyond minor marijuana offenses)
- Animal mistreatment
If unsure, contact us before applying. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Fees & Orientation
We cannot accept individuals with offenses involving:
- $25 non-refundable registration fee
- Includes t-shirt and volunteer system access
- Must attend orientation before first shift
- Orientations are held on one Saturday a month
Application Process
- Pay the $25 registration fee
- Check email (and spam) for application link
- Complete application, waivers, and upload proof of hours
- Receive decision email
- If accepted, register for and attend orientation
